For 17 years, Steve Adelson served as partner and Chief Operating Officer of Discovery Land Company (DLC) where he helped guide the successful development of more than 20 luxury communities and deliver in excess of 20 billion in real estate sales. His unique ability to marry exceptional financial performance with a commitment to the environment, family experiences and customer service helped DLC grow through the recession and thrive in today’s environment.
Bo Leonard has more than 40 years of experience in the development of luxury real estate, much of that time in Los Cabos, Mexico. He served as Senior Vice President of Development for the acclaimed El Dorado Golf and Beach Club for seven years. Before joining Discovery Land Company, he held the same position as he led all development activity for Villas Del Mar, also in Los Cabos, Mexico.
Robert Glazier specializes in the design of world-class destination resorts and mixed-use urban hotels. His designs have achieved national and international recognition for their unique response to both local architectural traditions and natural site features. He has completed numerous hospitality projects throughout the United States, Central America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Robert’s clients include many of the world’s leading hotel developers and operators including Four Seasons, Montage, Ritz Carlton, Auberge Resorts, Rosewood, St. Regis, One & Only, and Park Hyatt.
Don Vita is the founder of VITA Planning and Landscape Architecture. He has been practicing landscape architecture and land planning for over 30 years. His experience includes large-scale town and resort planning and design throughout the Pacific Rim, Hawai’i, India and Australia; new community development in the western U.S.; urban design, city planning and waterfront assignments in New York, Hong Kong, China and the Philippines; as well as landscape design for private estates throughout the U. S., Singapore and Hawaii.
